Meet the Provider

Welcome to The Good Life! I’m Aarion, a dedicated nurse practitioner passionate about helping individuals achieve lifelong mental wellness. My approach to care is integrative, blending evidence-based psychiatric treatments with holistic methods to support your mind, body, and spirit. With over a decade of experience in nursing and a master’s degree from University of Texas Health Houston, I’ve worked across diverse healthcare settings, gaining invaluable insight into the complexities of mental health and the importance of personalized care.
In addition to my clinical work, I also serve as a nursing school professor, educating and mentoring future healthcare professionals. Teaching has reinforced my belief that compassionate, individualized care is essential for true healing and long-term well-being.
At The Good Life, I aim to create a safe, welcoming space where we can collaborate on your journey toward better mental health and sustainable wellness. Whether through lifestyle changes, therapeutic interventions, or medication management, my focus is always on empowering you to live a more balanced, fulfilling life.
